The Lord tells us the benefits of resting in Him:
“Lord Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, says: “Come back to me! By returning and resting in me you will be saved. In quietness and trust you will be made strong.”

You do as the Lord Yahweh asks; you go back to Him. You return and rest in Him and you are saved. In quietness and strength you are made strong.
Here is a declaration that you can declare over yourself as often as you like:
